How do pre-loved clothes end up in our shop?
It’s super simple for you! During the campaign period, you can request a return shipping code from us via email or social media. Your job? Just pack the items and drop them off at the parcel machine 🙂
Every item we receive is carefully inspected and repaired if needed. Only high-quality, wearable pieces make it to our e-shop. And because our production runs are small, the selection of used clothes is always one-of-a-kind. You might even find some old favorites that haven’t been around for years!

What happens to clothes that can’t be resold?
Not every returned piece is suitable for resale. The ones that can’t go for another round are recycled. We reuse the materials for things like patching up pants or making scrunchies. Nothing goes to waste. We find creative ways to give every fabric a new purpose. Our goal: zero textile waste.
What impact does this campaign really have?
239 items equals about 60 kilograms (!) of saved textiles. That’s a huge impact for our community and proof that circular fashion works when the system is simple and accessible.
A truly easy system
You don’t need to take photos or measure anything. We’ve made it as easy as possible for you. When you shop at Safal KIDS, you know from the start that you can send those clothes back twice a year, no matter their condition!
You send them in, earn store credit, and we’ll take care of the rest.
